Fiberon composite decking is an eco-friendly and low-maintenance alternative to traditional wooden decks, offering the same natural warmth and appeal of wood while being made from locally-sourced recycled wood and plastic materials without any harmful chemicals. This reduces deforestation and keeps plastics out of landfills.
Unlike wooden decks, Fiberon composite deck boards require no sanding, staining, or painting. They can be easily cleaned with soap and water, resulting in an annual maintenance cost of only $5 to $15, saving you money in the long run. Additionally, they are safer than traditional wooden decks, as they do not splinter, split, crack, or rot.
With a variety of colours and embossed boards available, Fiberon composite decking comes with an impressive 25-year stain, fade, and appearance warranty, making it a reliable and long-lasting investment for your home.

Seamlessly integrating your home and the natural environment around you, Fiberon composite decking is available in a variety of colours and styles to put a smile on your face every time you step outside. It’s also a green decking product, meaning that your choice to use Fiberon decking contributes to preserving that very same natural environment your deck is built to help you enjoy.
Whether your style lends itself most to a coastal look, a classic pioneer feel, the boldness of warm hardwood, or a timeless staine, there’s a Fiberon composite deck product that’s just right for you.
Fiberon composite decking is a “capped composite,” featuring an outer polymeric cap fused onto and around a wood and plastic core. Available in a variety of colours and patterns, Fiberon decking board capping contains UV inhibitors, anti-oxidants, and mold inhibitors to resist staining and fading, to maintain their colour throughout their life.
For general cleaning, use soap and water or mild household cleaners.
It is very important that there be adequate and unobstructed air flow under the deck to prevent excessive water absorption. Improve drainage or grade flat areas where standing water may gather. For decks with limited ventilation, six inches of clear ventilation is required.
In the same way that wood decking materials can get marred or gouged, the surface of composite decking can also be scratched. Horizon Decking and ProTect Advantage are the Fiberon products most resistant to scratches. If scratches do occur, we recommend allowing normal wear marks to disappear gradually.
